OK, I'm not 100% sure on this one....but I remember taking my junior homecoming photos at the Nine Mile Creek Park area/parking lot park under the 106 St W bridge at about Morgan Av S, in Bloomington. I remember some kind of dam or waterfall in the background. I also think the railings look pretty familiar. I think they might be the same style that are actually on the 106 St W bridge?

This dam is located East of Harrison / Central Park.
After heading down into the park and reaching the "Tee" - take a left (East) and this is the dam located at the old mill site on nine-mile creek. The mill is no longer there.
