Looking NW over Cedar Ave (Hwy 77) and the two criss crossing ramps are Lindau Lane. Looks like this photo was taken from level 6 or 7 of the Mall of Americal Parking ramp....
I'm with Dave on this one, it is somewhere around the I-494, Hwy 77, Killebrew Dr, Lindau Ln. cluster interchange over on the west side of the mall.
